Room Cancellation Policy
Delegates may cancel their room reservations up to 30 days before the expected program arrival decided by the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. All cancellations must be made by January 16th, 2026, with the Fairmont Chateau Whistler directly. Any cancellations, no shows, and/or early departures will not be eligible for a refund and will be charged 100% of the applicable room reservation fees.
