Registrants in this category will need to provide proof of enrollment. Please send your proof of status to contact@arrhythmiaupdate.ca to finalize your registration.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registration cancellations must be submitted by email to contact@arrhythmiaupdate.ca

• Until January 4^th, 2027: Full refund, less a non-refundable $50 administrative fee.
• Starting January 5^th, 2027: Cancellations will no longer be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

No-Show Policy

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at the event for which you are registered.
