Registrations will be processed instantly. You will receive a confirmation email as well as a receipt of payment.
Spouses and children are not allowed to attend the plenary sessions. Spouses can purchase a spousal/guest package to attend the welcome reception and cocktail for an additional cost (Welcome Reception is $90.00 CDN/person and Cocktail is 75.00 CDN/person). Children cannot attend any of the conference sessions or welcome reception/dinners.
Group dinners are not organized. The evenings of the conference are designed for your own personal time.
Presentation slides will be available one week after the conference. You will be sent an access code for the presentation slides.
Plenary sessions and workshops will not be recorded.
